π Logging In to the System
Step-by-Step: How to Log In

Open Your Web Browser
Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Go to:
https://recruitment.yourcompany.ae(Ask your administrator for the exact address) - Enter Your Username Type your email address or username in the "Login" field.
- Enter Your Password Type your password in the "Password" field. Remember: passwords are case-sensitive! (capital letters matter)
- Click "Log In" Button Click the blue "Log In" button.
- Change Your Password (First Time Only) If this is your first time, you'll be asked to create a new password. Make it strong: mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols like !@#$%
- You're In! π You'll now see the dashboard.
π What If You Can't Log In?
What to do:
- Check that you're using the correct username/email
- Remember passwords are case-sensitive
- Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on
- Try copying and pasting your username to avoid typos
- If you still can't log in, contact your administrator
Your account has been temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again, or contact your administrator to unlock it.
This is a security feature. You'll receive an email with a verification link. Click it to verify this device, then try logging in again.

The dashboard is your home page. It shows you important information at a glance - like how many jobs are open, how many applications you have, and what needs your attention.

Accessing Your Profile
- Click Your Name/Avatar In the top-right corner, you'll see your name or a small circle with your initials.
- Click "My Profile" A menu will appear. Select "My Profile" or "Account Settings."
- Update Your Information Change your name, email, phone number, or photo.
- Click "Save" Your changes are saved automatically.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Your Profile Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Click "Change Password" A dialog box will appear.
- Enter Your Current Password Type the password you use to log in.
- Enter Your New Password (Twice) Type your new password in both fields to make sure there are no typos. Use uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for a strong password.
- Click "Change Password" Your password is now updated.
- Never share your password with anyone, not even your boss or IT support
- Use a unique password (different from other websites)
- Change your password every 3 months
- Don't use easy passwords like "123456" or "password"
- If you think someone knows your password, change it immediately
Notification Settings
You can control what notifications you receive and how:
- Email notifications (daily digest, instant alerts, or no email)
- In-system notifications (popup messages)
- Mobile notifications (if you have the mobile app)
Language & Regional Settings
Change the system language (if multiple languages are available):
- Go to your Profile Settings
- Find "Language" or "Regional Settings"
- Select your preferred language
- Click Save
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - Optional Security
For extra security, you can enable 2FA. When you log in, you'll need to enter a code from your phone:
- Go to Security Settings
- Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
- Scan the QR code with your phone (using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator)
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app
- Save backup codes in a safe place

- Restart your computer and browser
- If still slow, contact IT support - it might be a server issue

- Use keyboard shortcut: Alt+β (Windows) or Cmd+β (Mac)
- Click "Discard" if you haven't saved changes yet
- Note: If you already saved, you can't undo in the system. Contact your administrator if you need to restore old data

The red asterisk * means that field is required - you MUST fill it in before you can save. The system won't let you save without completing required fields.
What to do:
- Check that the website address starts with "https://" (with an 's' - that means it's secure)
- Look for a lock icon π in the address bar
- If it's the correct address and has the lock icon, it's safe. Click "Continue" or "Advanced"
- If you're unsure about the address, ask your administrator
Your session expired because you were inactive for too long. This is a security feature. Just log in again. Your unsaved changes might be lost, so remember to save frequently!
